Kids' parties in Luton

Kids party magician Luton: a children's entertainer for your hall

Luton has plenty of affordable halls, which makes it a great town for a proper party. Add a kids party magician Luton children can't get enough of, and you've got an afternoon that pretty much runs itself.

  • Parties for ages 2 to 12
  • Reply from a real person, usually the same day
  • Entertainers across the UK

We find children's entertainers across Luton, Dunstable and Houghton Regis. Fill in one form and a real person will come back to you, usually the same day. Tell us about your hall, date and numbers and we'll handle the rest.

Two halls worth knowing

Farley Community Centre on Delphine Close is council run and has a specific children's party rate for both its main hall and small hall. There's parking and step-free access, which helps with buggies and grandparents.

St Luke's Church Hall in Leagrave can be booked online for children's parties from Monday to Saturday. It has a kitchen on request and a decent amount of floor space for games.

Note the rules there, though: no Sundays, and everything has to finish by 8pm. Both halls are also fairly central for guests coming from Dunstable or Houghton Regis, so travel shouldn't put anyone off. Do check the car park size if you're expecting a lot of families.

Small rules that catch people out

Most halls want you out on time, not just finished. So if your booking ends at 5, the cake needs cutting at 4.30 and the coats need to be on by 4.50. Your hall will usually tell you its exact rules when you book.

Your entertainer will help keep things on track. But it's worth building in a bit of slack, especially if you've got a lot of food to clear.

Bring bin bags. Every hall seems to run out at the worst moment.

What your children's entertainer in Luton can do

Most of our entertainers bring a full magic show, party games, music and prizes. Many add balloon modelling, which is handy because it doubles as a going-home present.

For 6 to 8 year olds especially, a bit of competitive game-playing goes down a storm. Our 6 to 8 year olds page has more on that, and the children's entertainer page covers the basics for any age.

Party bags are optional, by the way. Plenty of Luton parents skip them once the kids have a balloon model and a prize from the games to take home, which saves both money and a mountain of plastic.

Price and next steps

We don't list fixed prices on this page because every party is different. Check our cost guide for a general idea.

Then send us your details. We'll tell you exactly what it'd be for your date, and you can think it over.

When you enquire, it helps to say if you want the full two hours or just a show. That's the biggest thing that changes the price, after the date itself.

How booking works

  1. Tell us about the party

Fill in one short form with the date, place, the child's age and how many are coming. It takes a couple of minutes.

  2. We find who's free

A real person checks which entertainers suit your party and can make your date, then replies, usually the same day, with a price.

  3. You decide

Have a think and ask us anything. There's no obligation, and nothing's booked until you say yes.

Simply brilliant. Very responsive to queries and alterations with the bookings and at a competitive rate. Safe to say that the Magician, Ricky, stole the evening. We had him booked for a masquerade ball event and he was really the talk of the town. Very professional yet friendly and polite, he astounded the crowds with his roaming magic tricks and…

We booked Matthew through Fine Entertainments having had no contact with either of them before but we needn't have worried. Fine Entertainments made the booking process simple and painless and were easy to communicate with and as for Matthew, he was fantastic. We are a…
