We find kids party magicians and entertainers across the city. Send your date and area, and a real person replies, usually the same day, with options and prices.
Picking a community centre
Oxley Park Community Centre has a special rate for children's parties (up to age 14), with a small hall and a large hall. Parties there need to finish by 8pm, which is fine for most kids' parties anyway.
Over in Wavendon, the parish council says both the Community Centre on Walton Road and the Community Hub on Dankworth Way are very popular for young children's birthday parties. Both have kitchens, so self-catering is easy.
Check the size before you book. A small hall can feel lovely and full with 15 kids, while 30 in the same room gets very loud. Kitchens are worth checking too. Some only have a kettle and a sink, others have proper ovens for warming party food.
Book the hall first, then us
Halls in MK book up on Saturday afternoons. Our advice is to grab a slot you like, then send us the date and times. It's much easier for us to find an entertainer around a fixed booking than the other way round.
If you're stuck between two dates, put both on the form and we'll tell you which has more choice.
It also helps to know your start time is fixed before sending out invites. Changing it later means chasing thirty parents on the class WhatsApp, which nobody enjoys.
What your kids party magician in Milton Keynes can include
A typical booking can include a magic show, music, games with prizes, a food break and balloons. Many of our entertainers run the whole two hours so you can actually sit down with a cup of tea.
For bigger, mixed-age groups, with cousins and neighbours all invited, see our family party entertainer page. Older siblings tend to get roped in as helpers, which they secretly love.
And if it's a Christmas do for a playgroup or club, we can help there too. Our Christmas party entertainer page has the details.
Grid roads and timing
One local quirk. Entertainers coming in from outside MK can get round the grid roads quickly, but a postcode helps a lot because so many halls sit tucked inside the estates.
Pop the full venue address on the quote form and that's sorted. We'll pass it straight to whoever you book.
Parking at most estate centres is easy, but some share a car park with shops or a pub. If yours does, warn the entertainer so they can arrive a little earlier and grab a space close to the door.
