Our booking team works out of Corby, as part of Fine Entertainments Ltd. Send us the details and we'll come back with who's free and a price. We cover Brighton, Hove and the towns along the coast.
Small halls with neighbours
Many local halls sit right in residential streets. Exeter Street Hall in Prestonville is a good example. It welcomes younger children's parties, but it's set in a terrace of Victorian houses, so loud or late events aren't allowed.
That's actually perfect for a magic show. It's a daytime, family sort of thing, and most of our entertainers keep their music at a level that won't upset the neighbours.
Being considerate pays off. Halls that get on well with their neighbours tend to stay available for families, and that's good news for everyone planning a party here.
Parking zones and getting set up
Exeter Street Hall points out that it's in a controlled parking zone, and the same goes for plenty of Brighton streets. If your party is at home or in a central hall, tell us about parking when you enquire.
A visitor permit or a spot near the door saves the entertainer a long walk with heavy bags. You get a calmer start.
The same applies at home. If you live up one of the steeper streets, mention steps and stairs when you enquire so the entertainer can plan what to bring.
Bigger parties in Hove
For a larger group, families in Hove book Hangleton Community Centre, which has run Saturday birthday parties with its own bouncy castle and soft play. Bouncing first, then a show while the food comes out, is a combination that works well. It's up in the north of Hove, away from the busiest seafront streets, which can make parking a little simpler too.
Ask the centre what's available on your date, then check with us. Their team will know which Saturdays are still free.
Inflatables and magic make a good pairing as long as they're kept separate. Children won't sit still for a trick with a bouncy castle in the corner of their eye.
What our kids party magicians in Brighton usually include
Most shows mix magic with party games, music and a moment for the birthday child. Many entertainers offer balloon modelling as well.
Not sure what suits your child's age? Our children's entertainer guide explains the options. Or just send the quote form and we'll suggest something.
Running late on the invitations? Don't worry. Send the form anyway and we'll see what's possible for your date.
