We're Party Magicians, run by Fine Entertainments Ltd in Corby. Send us one form and we'll tell you who's free and what it costs. We find entertainers right across the city and Merseyside.
When a show beats the pool
For younger children a magic show is simpler all round. No adult-to-child ratios to worry about, no hair to dry, nobody crying on the side because they're scared of the slide. Just a room, some chairs or a carpet, and an entertainer.
It also works for mixed ages, which is handy when the birthday child is six but the older cousins are coming too. Nobody gets left out because they're too small for the pool.
There's also the cost of getting a dozen children changed, dried and dressed again. A show skips all that, and you're done and tidied in a couple of hours.
Leisure centre options in the city
If you do want an active party, Lifestyles runs pool parties at Liverpool Aquatics and other centres. Garston Leisure Centre also offers hall parties with an inflatable, followed by time in the party area for food.
With those packages you arrange your own catering. Some families pair a leisure centre party with a separate home party and an entertainer on another day, especially when the class list is huge.
Whatever you choose, book early for weekends. Leisure centre slots and entertainers both get snapped up, particularly before Christmas.
What a kids party magician in Liverpool brings
Most of our kids party magicians arrive with music, props and a plan for games. Expect magic, lots of joining in, and a moment where the birthday child gets to be the star.
Plenty of our entertainers also do balloon modelling, so you can skip the party bags if you like. A balloon dog lasts longer than a bag of sweets anyway. Well, sometimes.
Shows are pitched to the age of the group. Little ones get bright colours, silly noises and simple magic, while older children get tricks that leave them arguing about how it was done.
Parties at home
Many Liverpool homes are terraced, with a front room that's cosy rather than vast. That's fine for ten or twelve children sat on the floor. Move the coffee table and you're sorted.
Once you've got your date, pop it in the quote form and we'll come back with options. Simple as that.
If the house is too small for the full guest list, church and community halls across the city take children's parties too. We're happy to work with whatever space you've got.
